FAQ
Are frames included?
Are frames included?
No, the frames are not included in our offer, those shown in the images have the sole purpose of demonstrating the setting.
We focus on the production of our works, we would not have the time or the ability to also produce frames. A possible resale service would inevitably imply a mark-up on the final price which, according to our policy, we have decided to avoid.
How do you ship the prints?
How do you ship the prints?
We try to pay as much attention as possible to shipments so that the prints are not damaged during transport.
For large formats of 50x70 we use a triangular section prism in which we roll the print. For all other formats we use an internal protective bag and additional flat cardboard packaging.

How do you print?
Professional watercolour prints are a fantastic way to bring the beauty of a painting home.
All prints are made by our trusted print shop located in Brescia.
This allows us to use four-colour water-based inks and paper and cardboard supports made with 35% cotton and 65% pure virgin ECF (Elemental Chlorine Free) cellulose fibres, coming from responsibly managed sources.
This type of paper is durable and offers good colour rendering. The matte finish helps reduce reflections and make colours more vibrant.
We also try to limit the environmental impact of our e-commerce as much as possible, starting from the production of the prints up to their distribution.
