SHIPPING
Shipping prices vary between Europe and the rest of the world.
Shipping cost
- Italy: €9 (Free for orders over €49)
ATTENTION: Cash on delivery has an additional cost of €5 - Europe: €18 (Free for orders over €79)
- Rest of the world: €69
Delivery time
- Italy: From 1 to 4 working days
- Europe: 2 to 6 working days
- Rest of the world: 5-10 Days
ATTENTION:
In the event of receipt of any damaged goods, the necessary condition for opening the compensation procedure with the shipping company is to sign with SPECIFIC RESERVE at the time of delivery.
The reserve can only be placed if the package shows obvious signs of damage such as wet, punctured, dented and/or taped with scotch tape.
RETURNS
We have a 30 day return policy for all products with the sole exception of Gift Cards, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Italy, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and resolve it.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift vouchers.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 3-day reflection period
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund as well.
