As soon as your package is entrusted to the Bartolini courier, you will receive an automatic email from BRT NoReply with the expected delivery date and time, please read it. Inside the email you will also find the link from which you can follow the status of your order directly from the BRT website, in real time. You will receive another email when the package is delivered.

Change Delivery Day

In case you are not present at your address during the expected delivery date and time, please reschedule the delivery: from the same link you can easily choose your preferred day and time (morning or afternoon) to receive the package , BRT will receive your instructions and deliver on that date.


The Bartolini courier will attempt to deliver the package to your address 2 times, if the delivery fails both times your package will be stored in the BRT branch closest to your address, indicated in the email. At this point we will call you to decide together on a new delivery date, a new address, or if you want to collect the package yourself at the BRT branch in your area. We will take care of all these practices.
